Stonehaven Pinot Noir (Stepping Stone & Limestone Coast expressions) is an Australian single-varietal Pinot Noir from the Limestone Coast, South Australia. Bright fruit from cooler sites, mild oak influence, and attention to detail in vinification give it both immediate appeal and enough structure for short-term ageing. Alcohol content is usually around 14%.

Serving Suggestions:
Serve at about 15-17 °C in a large red wine glass. Give it a short decant (20-30 min) to let aromatics open. Excellent with roast duck, pork with fruit-based sauces, mushroom-rich dishes, or even lightly spiced Asian cuisine. Also works nicely with soft cheeses.
