Crafted entirely from red grape varieties, it undergoes just a short maceration to extract a delicate salmon-pink hue, then is pressed off-skins to retain vibrant fruit flavours. With an ABV of about 11%, the wine is blended, bottled early, and designed for freshness showcasing Boland’s strength in creating approachable wines that balance crisp acidity, light tannin, and juicy berry character.
