Stirling Classic Gin is made by Stirling Distillery in Stirling, Scotland, founded by Cameron & June McCann in 2015. The recipe uses a base neutral grain spirit and six botanicals, including local Stirlingshire nettles, basil, citrus peels, angelica, and bold juniper. It’s bottled at 43% ABV. The gin is designed to reflect the local countryside, herbal, green, fresh, while maintaining traditional London Dry style proportions.

Serving Suggestions: Best enjoyed with high-quality tonic (e.g. Mediterranean or floral style), plenty of ice, garnished with fresh basil and a twist of orange or lemon peel. Also works well in martini-style cocktails, or in simpler gin & tonic variants that let the herbal notes shine.
