The 2024 vintage is a blend of 82% Chenin Blanc and 18% Sauvignon Blanc, sourced from bush vine vineyards aged between 5 and 20 years, planted in the Bottelary Hills on soils ranging from red clay to sandy. The wine undergoes cold fermentation in stainless steel tanks and is left on its primary fermentation lees for at least 3 months before bottling, enhancing its complexity and mouthfeel.
