Gran Castillo Tempranillo Rosé is a rosé wine from the Valencia DO in Spain, produced by Bodegas Gran Castillo. It’s made mainly from the Tempranillo grape (often blended with a little Cabernet Sauvignon), using free-run juice and a short maceration on the skins. Fermented in stainless steel at cool temperatures to preserve fruit brightness, it’s semi-sweet and meant for immediate enjoyment rather than aging.
