Ruinart brut [750ml]Ruinart Brut (also called “R de Ruinart”) is the signature non-vintage cuvée from Maison Ruinart, the oldest established Champagne house (founded in 1729) located in Reims, France. The blend is dominated by roughly 40% Chardonnay, with the rest made up of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, along with reserve wines from previous vintages to ensure consistency. Vinification follows the traditional Méthode Champenoise; after secondary fermentation in bottle (the champagne method), the wine is aged for about three years in cellar before disgorgement. The style is harmonious, showing both freshness and ripe fruit, creamy texture, and a brightness indicative of high-quality grapes and careful blending. ABV is about 12-12.5%.

- ABV: ~ 12%
