Redbreast 12 Year Old is a premium Single Pot Still Irish whiskey produced at Midleton Distillery, County Cork, Ireland. It’s crafted from a mash of both malted and unmalted barley, then triple-distilled in copper pot stills to generate a full-bodied yet refined spirit. The whiskey matures for twelve years, spending time in a combination of American oak bourbon barrels and Spanish oak Oloroso sherry casks. This maturation gives it a vibrant balance of fruit, wood, and spice—making it a highly respected expression among Irish whiskeys. ABV is 40%.

Serving Suggestions:
Best enjoyed neat or with a splash of water to open its aromas. Use a tulip or whisky glass to capture its bouquet. Also works well with a single large ice cube if you prefer it cooled. Pair with rich dark chocolate, nutty desserts, or mild cheese. It also makes a superb base in whisky-forward cocktails (e.g. Old Fashioned) where its sherry and oak character can shine.
