Hennessy Paradis (sometimes styled “Paradis Rare”) is a high-end cognac from the Hennessy house in France. Created in 1979 by master blender Maurice Fillioux, it’s a blend of over 100 exceptional eaux-de-vie, many aged between
25 and 100+ years in old oak barrels. Bottled at
40% ABV, Paradis is named for “Le Paradis,” a special cellar at Hennessy where the most delicate and aged cognac stocks are kept. It is crafted to showcase depth, refinement, and the cumulative character of long maturation rather than bold youthful strength.

Serving Suggestions:
Serve neat in a tulip or snifter glass at room temperature to allow the bouquet to fully express itself. A small drop of water may help open up more floral and earthy notes. Perfect as an after-dinner digestif, especially with rich desserts (dark chocolate, dense fruit cake), cheeses, or alone to savor its full depth. Avoid mixing to preserve its subtle complexity.
